FRP molded gratings are plate-like products consisting of regular meshes formed in large metal molds with hand-laid glass fibers as reinforcement and cast-up resin as matrix.
The symmetric square meshes of these gratings impart isotropic properties in longitudinal and transverse directions, thus resulting in higher strength and integrity.
These gratings can be used as load-bearing members, operation platforms, filter plates, walkway, cover plates, etc. in corrosive environment.
Standard colors available are: gray, green, yellow. Other colors are available by special request.
When specially required, the gratings can be surface-treated by adding quartz sands or FRP chequer plates for antislip purpose or be treated for flame retardancy. However, the weight of the product will be increased to some extent.
